Key Responsibilities:
Manage Warranty Claims with precision and efficiency
Excel in documentation, compliance, and system proficiency
Ensuring timely and accurate claim resolutions
Strong communications skills to facilitate effective coordination with manufacturer and service teams
Enhancing warranty process and providing excellent customer service
Managing the entire warranty claim process from initial to final processing for all job cards
Verify and complete all necessary documentation for warranty claim processing
Authorise warranty claims by ensuring the claimed amount corresponds accurately to the job performed
Follow up on claims to ensure prompt payment and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain documentation for all job cards ensuring compliance with brand specific requirements
Prepare job cards for process audits and parts audits
Collect, store and manage warranty replaced parts ensuring proper documentation
Scrap parts after stipulated time frame as per company policy
Manage Warranty job cards from the first stage until the claim is fully settled
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
