Warranty In-Charge
to manage end-to-end warranty operations, ensure timely claim processing, and coordinate between customers, service teams, and manufacturers to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
vehicle warranty claims
as per OEM policies and guidelines
Scrutinize job cards and warranty documents before submission
Ensure
accurate and timely submission
of warranty claims to OEM
Track warranty approvals, rejections, and settlements
Coordinate with
service advisors, technicians, and OEM representatives
Conduct warranty audits and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
Reduce warranty rejections by proper documentation and root cause analysis
Maintain warranty MIS reports and records
Handle customer escalations related to warranty issues
Support service team with technical and warranty-related clarifications
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum
5 years of experience
as Warranty In-Charge / Warranty Executive in an automobile dealership
Strong knowledge of
OEM warranty policies and processes
Familiarity with DMS and MS Office
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred
