Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end warranty claim processing as per TATA CV guidelines Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims within defined timelines Coordinate with service advisors, workshop team, and OEM for approvals Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and audit readiness Monitor rejected claims and take corrective actions Maintain accurate warranty records and MIS reports Support workshop operations to improve warranty recovery

Experience:

Relevant experience in warranty handling in the automobile/commercial vehicle industry is

mandatory
