Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Warranty Incharge

to manage and administer all warranty-related activities for Tata Motors Small Commercial Vehicles (SCV). The role involves processing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with OEM policies, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with Tata Motors for claim settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end warranty claim process as per Tata Motors' guidelines. Verify job cards, parts used, and labor entries before submission of claims. Ensure accurate documentation, record keeping, and timely submission of claims to OEM. Track claim approvals, rejections, and pending cases while maintaining MIS reports. Liaise with Tata Motors' warranty team for clarifications and approvals. Train service staff on warranty policies, claim documentation, and process compliance. Monitor warranty claim costs, minimize rejections, and ensure maximum claim recovery. Support Workshop Manager in maintaining audit compliance and service profitability. Ensure all warranty parts are properly tagged, stored, and returned as per OEM norms.

Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred). Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in automobile service/warranty handling. Strong knowledge of warranty claim procedures, service policies, and technical documentation. Proficiency in MS Office and Dealer Management Systems (DMS). Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Detail-oriented with ability to meet timelines and handle OEM audits.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: As per industry standards. Additional Benefits: Incentives, Provident Fund, ESIC, and other statutory benefits.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
