Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, record, and submit warranty claims to the company.
Reconcile warranty claims with company records.
Ensure compliance with Tata Motors' warranty policies and guidelines.
Maintain accurate documentation of all claims.
Coordinate with the service department for claim-related queries.
Monitor claim status and follow up as required.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Automobile/Mechanical preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile warranty handling.
Strong knowledge of warranty policies and process.
Proficiency in MS Office and DMS/SAP software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
