Job Description

A Warranty In-charge is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of a company's warranty process, including processing claims, ensuring policy adherence, and improving overall warranty performance. They act as a key point of contact for warranty-related inquiries from customers, dealers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

Warranty Claim Management:

Receiving, reviewing, and processing warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Policy Adherence:

Ensuring adherence to warranty policies and procedures, educating customers and internal teams on warranty terms.

Claims Resolution:

Collaborating with technical, quality, and product development teams to resolve warranty claims, including repairs, replacements, or refunds.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyzing warranty data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement, preparing reports for management review.

Continuous Improvement:

Developing and implementing strategies to reduce warranty claims through product/service quality improvement initiatives.

Customer and Dealer Relations:

Serving as a primary point of contact for warranty-related inquiries and resolving customer complaints and disputes.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination:

Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to address warranty issues related to outsourced components or services.

Team Management:

Leading and mentoring the warranty team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
