Warranty In-Charge

Process and submit

warranty claims

to Toyota. Check if a repair is eligible for warranty. Keep records of all warranty jobs and parts. Follow up on claim approvals or rejections. Work with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts teams. Explain warranty policies to customers. Make reports on warranty costs and claim performance. Ensure all claims follow Toyota rules and guidelines.
