Job Summary
We are looking for a
Warranty Executive
to manage and process all warranty-related activities at our Tata Motors service workshop. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound, and capable of maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with Tata Motors warranty policies.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage
warranty claims
as per Tata Motors' guidelines.
Maintain proper
documentation and records
of all warranty transactions.
Coordinate with
service advisors and technicians
for claim verification and approvals.
Communicate with Tata Motors for
claim status and approvals
.
Tag, store, and return
defective parts
as per OEM procedures.
Analyze warranty data to identify
recurring issues
and support process improvement.
Assist the Service Manager during
warranty audits
and documentation reviews.
Ensure
customer satisfaction
through accurate and timely claim settlements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
.
1-2 years
of relevant experience in an automobile workshop (preferred).
Strong understanding of
vehicle systems and service operations
.
Excellent
documentation, analytical, and communication skills
