Coordinate with
Service Advisors, Technicians, and OEM teams
for claim approvals
Ensure
accurate claim entries
in Dealer Management System (DMS)
Track rejected claims and take corrective actions for resubmission
Maintain proper
warranty records, reports, and audit documents
Support internal and OEM
warranty audits
Ensure compliance with
OEM warranty policies and timelines
Analyze warranty trends and report concerns to the Service Manager
Maintain effective communication with customers regarding warranty-related matters
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of
automobile warranty procedures
Familiarity with
OEM warranty norms
Basic technical understanding of
automobile systems
Good documentation and reporting skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel & DMS software
Attention to detail and accuracy
