Job Description

The Warranty Executive is responsible for managing and processing warranty claims in accordance with JCB's policies and procedures. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely claim submission, follow-up with OEM, and coordination with service teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and minimize claim rejections.

Key Responsibilities:

Warranty Claim Management:

Register, process, and submit warranty claims in the JCB warranty portal/system. Verify claim eligibility and ensure proper documentation before submission. Track claim status and follow up with OEM for approvals and settlements.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims, approvals, and rejections. Prepare periodic reports on warranty performance, claim ratios, and trends. Ensure accurate entry of claim details, service reports, parts used, and labor costs.

Coordination:

Liaise with service engineers, parts departments, and dealers to ensure proper claim processing. Coordinate with customers for warranty-related updates and clarifications. Work closely with OEM representatives for inspections, audits, and claim validations.

Compliance & Audits:
