Key Responsibilities

Handles warranty claims raised by the service department, Coordinates with OEM/manufacturer representatives for claim approvals, Works closely with service advisors and technicians, and Ensures customers' post-service warranty issues are resolved smoothly. Strong understanding of vehicle components, service procedures, and OEM warranty policies. Proficient in DMS and MS Office applications. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹29,846.27 per month
