Key Responsibilities:
Register and process vehicle warranty claims as per TATA Motors policies
Review repair orders, job cards, and ensure required documentation is complete
Validate warranty eligibility and parts replaced
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and the TATA Motors warranty team
Monitor claim status and ensure timely settlement of warranty claims
Maintain warranty claim records and prepare reports for audit
Ensure compliance with TATA Motors' SOPs for warranty processing
Conduct training or awareness sessions for workshop staff on warranty procedures
Handle rejected claims by rechecking and resubmitting with necessary clarifications
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or related field
1-3 years of experience in warranty handling (preferably in automobile sector)
Knowledge of TATA Motors warranty systems is an added advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of vehicle components and service processes
Proficient in MS Office and DMS (Dealer Management System)
Preferred:
Prior experience in a AUTOMOBILE dealership
Familiarity with warranty claim software/tools
