Process warranty claims as per manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain warranty records and documentation.
Coordinate with OEM for claim approvals and settlements.
Monitor repeat jobs and prepare analysis reports.
Support service advisors and technicians in warranty policy awareness.
Requirements:
Diploma / Graduate with 2+ years of experience in automobile warranty handling.
Knowledge of DMS and OEM warranty systems.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
