We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Warranty Executive

to handle warranty-related activities for our Commercial Vehicle Workshop. The ideal candidate will manage warranty claims, ensure compliance with manufacturer policies, and coordinate with service teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warranty handling in automobile dealerships (preferably commercial vehicles). Familiarity with Tata Motors' DMS systems (e.g., Dealer Management Software) is an added advantage. Good knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures. Proficient in MS Excel and documentation. Strong communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
