This is an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates with a background in BE Mechanical or BE Automotive to commence their professional journey with a prominent organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold quality and service standards in warranty claims processing within the specified SLA.

• Analyze and process warranty claims from commercial vehicle dealers.

• Ensure timely management of claims within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).

• Investigate warranty issues, determine causes, responsibility, and liability.

• Utilize external resources such as dealer portals, parts catalogs, and sales information for claim verification and analysis.

• Introduce process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

• Compile and distribute weekly and monthly production reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Only BE Mechanical or BE Automotive graduates (Freshers welcome).

• Work Mode: On-site at Airoli location.

• Shift: Night shift (Compulsory).

• Other Requirements: Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
