Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Process warranty claims efficiently.
Identify customer requirements and work towards fulfilling them.
Coordinate with key stakeholders like customers, warehouse, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records and engage in timely reporting.
Address customer inquiries promptly, assist with troubleshooting and technical support, and educate customers on warranty coverage.
Build strong customer relationships, gather feedback for improvement, and advocate for customer needs.
