Urgent Opening for the position of the Warehousing Sales Manager - Mumbai (Andheri W)
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for warehousing services (B2B
Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, and digital channels
Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and service agreements for clients
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand warehousing needs and propose tailored solutions
Collaborate with the operations and solutions teams to design warehousing strategies for prospective clients
Maintain an active pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize deal closure rate
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
.Act as a single point of contact for warehousing customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to ensure service alignment and explore upselling opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy
Provide input to management on pricing, product development, and market positions
Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new warehousing services or locations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
4-8 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain services
Strong understanding of warehousing operations, pricing structures, and customer Powerpoints. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation.
Skills Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint), and knowledge of the Warehousing Management System
Willingness to travel as required for client visits and business development.

Pay: ₹15,212.19 - ₹48,274.17 per month
