? Oversight of day-to-day operations. Tracking attendance of staff and maintain records.
? Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
? Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.
? Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment
? Maintain inventory - Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.
? Coordinate with management to ensure cost forecasting reports are consistently checked and applied.
? Stay up-to-date on project budgets and project spending. Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
? Examine data to help with reducing costs in all operations.
? To maintain and update the master data records for all assigned projects on regular basis.
? Ensure that administration requirements are adhered to and reports are submitted on time as stipulated.
? Managing supply chain operations for Indian and International vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
? Ensure all the assets are in place and in good working condition for the smooth operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
? Should have good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
? Proven work experience in managing office operations or similar role
? Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
? Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or relevant field.
