We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our operations team. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified)
Label, scan, and track inventory using warehouse management systems
Store products in designated locations following safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
Report damaged goods, safety hazards, or equipment issues to supervisors
Requirements & Qualifications
High school
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage
Ability to lift and move heavy items (typically up to 25-50 lbs)
Basic math and record-keeping skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
