Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining a safe and organized working environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities: Receiving and Inspection:Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against shipping documents, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
Accurately record received goods into the inventory management system.
Sort, label, and organize received items for proper storage. Storage and Organization:Safely and efficiently store products in designated warehouse locations.
Rotate stock as necessary to ensure the oldest items are used first (FIFO).
Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment for easy access and inventory management. Picking and Packing:Retrieve items from inventory based on order requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Pack orders securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation. Inventory Management:Perform regular stock counts and update inventory records to ensure accuracy.
Report discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate supervisor.
Assist in managing inventory levels to optimize space utilization. Quality Control:Conduct visual checks of products for defects or damages before shipping.
Report any quality issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions. Safety and Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Properly use and maintain equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and safety gear.
Follow all relevant regulations and company policies. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
