Job Description

1. Outbound Operations & Fulfillment

Supervise order processing, picking, packing, invoicing and handover to logistics partners

Ensure correct SKU dispatch and packaging standards across all channels

Monitor shipping SLAs and ensure timely fulfillment and scanning updates

2. Manpower Management

Manage and allocate tasks to warehouse staff (pickers, packers, scanners) based on workload

Ensure adherence to shift timings and productivity benchmarks

Conduct regular team huddles and briefings

3. Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with last-mile delivery partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Amazon, Flipkart)

Ensure dispatch documentation (manifest, invoice, AWB) is generated and reconciled daily

Resolve courier partner escalations related to delayed pickups or delivery discrepancies

4. Inventory & Reporting

Coordinate with inward and stock team for daily order requirement visibility

Maintain daily dispatch reports and forward fulfillment dashboards

Flag SKU mismatch, stockouts and RTO risks

5. Compliance & Audit Readiness

Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed in outbound areas

Maintain hygiene, labeling and packaging SOP compliance

Keep area audit-ready for marketplace and internal checks

6. Team Training & Process Efficiency

Train new team members on outbound workflows and system tools

Implement process improvements to enhance order processing speed and reduce errors

Support the Warehouse Manager in shift planning and peak sale preparedness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?80,000.00 per month
