Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
Assign tasks, set performance goals, and monitor progress.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound activities.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., customer service, transportation) to ensure seamless operations.
Manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts / RST/PIC, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS).

Maintain 100 % stock accuracy
Ensure daily / weekly / monthly reports are submitted on time
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure all warehouse related operations process are full filled on daily basis.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
Customer Service:
Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
End customer returns / reverse logistics are handles as per SOP
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 -7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
