Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely dispatch, and compliance with food safety standards. Supervises warehouse staff, maintains FIFO/FEFO processes, and ensures efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
Maintain inventory accuracy using ERP/WMS and conduct cycle counts.
Ensure
FIFO/FEFO
adherence and reduce wastage.
Manage cold-chain handling for chilled/frozen goods.
Enforce
FSSAI / HACCP / GMP food safety
standards.
Plan dispatches to outlets/customers and coordinate logistics.
Monitor KPIs: stock variance, order accuracy, dispatch timelines.
Train, guide, and manage warehouse staff and shift schedules.
Maintain warehouse hygiene and safety compliance.
Requirements
3-6 years experience in FMCG / Food / QSR warehouse operations.
Knowledge of ERP/WMS (SAP preferred), inventory control & cold storage.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
