Job Description

We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to manage loading and unloading operations and handle material checking activities.
No lifting work. Only supervision, inspection, coordination, and reporting.
Freshers can apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise loading and unloading work Inspect materials for quantity, quality, and condition Identify and report damaged or missing materials Coordinate with drivers, labour team, and warehouse staff Maintain records of inward and outward materials Ensure safe and proper material handling Verify dispatch documents such as challans and invoices Monitor and guide loaders/labour team for smooth workflow

Required Skills

Education: SSC / HSC / Graduate Freshers can apply Basic knowledge of warehouse or logistics (optional) Strong observation skills Good coordination and communication Basic reporting and documentation ability
