Warehouse Supervisor - Tyre Manufacturing

Location:

Ghaziabad, Murad Nagar

Requisites:

Education: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred) Experience: 4 - 7 years in warehouse operations, preferably in tyre or rubber manufacturing Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Familiarity with raw material, in-process, and finished goods handling specific to tyre production Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Strong communication, team management, and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage warehouse employees and daily operations in a tyre manufacturing environment Oversee inventory accuracy of raw materials, in-process components, and finished tyres Ensure safety protocols and industry compliance (ISO/OSHA standards) are strictly followed Coordinate receiving of raw materials, storage, and timely dispatch of finished tyres Maintain precise inventory records and documentation for audits and quality checks Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams for smooth workflow Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to optimize productivity and maintain FIFO/LIFO as per tyre manufacturing standards Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to resolve discrepancies

Salary:

?25,000 - ?30,000 per month
