We have a requirement for Warehouse Supervisor for Isha Life, Coimbatore. Please find below the Job details:

Monitor daily order flow and ensure all orders are dispatched within SLA timelines. Oversee picking, packing, labeling, and handover to courier partners. Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams to avoid bottlenecks Manage, guide, and allocate tasks to dispatch executives and helpers. Train team members on SOPs, packaging standards, and safety guidelines. Motivate the team to achieve daily and peak season targets. ControlEnsure correct product, quantity, and packaging material is used for each order.Conduct random QC checks before dispatch.Reduce errors like wrong shipments, damages, and delayed dispatch. Coordination with Courier Partners Work closely with delivery partners for pickups, manifest generation, and daily load planning.Resolve issues related to tracking updates, returns, and delivery delays. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports (order count, delays, manpower, courier performance, etc.).Maintain records of shipped orders and pending dispatch.Ensure correct entries in WMS/ERP (Odoo, SAP, Unicommerce, etc.). Process Improvement Identify gaps in dispatch workflow and implement process enhancements.Support management during audits and stock checks.
