Position Overview

The Warehouse/Store Keeper is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper storage of goods, maintaining accurate stock records, and supporting smooth operations of the warehouse/store. This role ensures timely availability of materials and contributes to efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials. Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory systems. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

Storage & Organization

Ensure proper storage of goods to prevent damage or loss. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse/store.

Issuing & Dispatch

Prepare and issue materials to departments as per requisitions. Pack and dispatch goods for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with logistics for smooth transportation.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and stock registers. Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports. Track slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged items.

Compliance & Safety

Follow company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements. Ensure proper handling of hazardous or sensitive materials. Support audits and inspections.
Qualifications & Skills

Education

: Diploma/Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Experience

: 2-5 years in warehouse/store operations (industry-specific experience preferred).

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.

Soft Skills

: Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
