Job Description

Staff Management:

Lead, train, coach, schedule, and monitor warehouse personnel; assign tasks and manage workloads.

Operations Oversight:

Supervise daily receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Inventory Control:

Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and manage warehouse layout.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols (OSHA), maintain a clean environment, conduct audits, and ensure equipment is safe.

Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies, suggest solutions, and implement changes to boost productivity and reduce costs.

System & Data Management:

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for tracking and record-keeping; ensure accurate data entry.

Coordination:

Liaise with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams for smooth operations and shipment handling.
