Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, dispatch of goods, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage warehouse staff, enforce safety standards, and achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities (receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch). Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain proper inventory control and conduct periodic stock audits. Implement warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards. Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams for smooth workflow. Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and dispatch status. Train and motivate staff to achieve productivity and quality goals. Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space, equipment, and resources. Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Enforce compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
