We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily operations at our warehouse facility.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff (receiving, packing, shipping, inventory). Monitor daily operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of warehouse experience. Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and inventory systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS). Forklift certification is a plus.
