Job Description

SUPERVISOR (SU):

- Canidates should have last-mile experience.

- Minimum handle 40+ Associate and 3000 shipments

- Responsible for running the Station operations.

- Managing DA's schedules, performance & job assignments.

- Job scheduling, assignment & performance monitoring.

- Achieving performance metrics through constant monitoring.

- Address seller/merchant escalations.

- Manage leave calendar & weekly offs & ensure field activities are carried out without any hindrances.

- Ensure set practices are implemented & followed to the core.

- MIS reports generation & sharing with internal & external stakeholders.

- Coordinate with Central ops for performance metrics & exceptions if any

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
