Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass

Experience:

1-3 years in warehouse or logistics operations (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse activities like receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods. Ensure proper stacking and labeling of materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock shortages or damages. Monitor loading/unloading and ensure timely dispatch of orders. Handle a small team of helpers/labor and assign daily work. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times. Coordinate with delivery staff and logistics team for smooth operations. Report daily work status to the manager or office team.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of warehouse work and inventory. Ability to read/write and maintain records. Physically fit and able to lift/move goods if needed. Responsible, punctual, and able to manage a small team. Basic knowledge of mobile apps or Excel (preferred but not mandatory).
