Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Warehouse Supervisor

to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, enforce safety and operational policies, and strive to improve productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatching. Lead, train, and manage a team of warehouse executives to ensure optimal productivity and performance. Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation. Ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment accuracy. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Monitor and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. Troubleshoot issues related to orders, inventory discrepancies, or team performance. Collaborate with purchase, logistics, and other internal departments to support seamless operations. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role. Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelors in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
