Job Description

Supervision: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, perform regular stock audits, and ensure proper storage and organization of products in the warehouse.

Shipping & Receiving: Supervise the receipt of goods, checking for accuracy in quantity, quality, and condition. Ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct regular safety training and inspections.

Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate with other departments for scheduling shipments, deliveries, and managing warehouse space.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including inventory movements, shipments, and returns. Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any warehouse-related issues or concerns, including inventory discrepancies or shipment delays.

Training & Development: Provide training and guidance to new employees and ongoing coaching for existing staff to ensure team efficiency and morale.

Pay: ?24,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
