Job Description

Maintain accurate accounting records related to warehouse operations

, including operational expenses, inventory adjustments, and cost tracking.

Coordinate with operations and inventory teams

to validate GRN, stock movement, consumption, and inventory adjustments.

Monitor inventory valuation and stock-related entries

, ensuring system records align with physical inventory reports.

Support inventory reconciliation activities

, including cycle counts, shrinkage analysis, and variance reporting from an accounting perspective.

Ensure proper documentation and posting of operational expenses

, maintaining cost center accuracy.

Prepare operational MIS reports

covering cost analysis, expense trends, and inventory-related financial data.

Support internal and external audits

by providing inventory and operations-related financial records and reconciliations.

Maintain strong controls over operational spending

, highlighting variances and potential risks to management.
