to lead our inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics operations. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage a diverse team, drive continuous process improvement, and ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency within our fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory and Order Management:
Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure accurate
inventory tracking
and cycle counting. Manage the efficient and accurate execution of
order processing
and fulfillment.
Logistics and Returns:
Manage
returns (RMAs)
process, ensuring timely and accurate inspection, documentation, and restocking or disposal. Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure
timely deliveries
from the warehouse to multiple customer locations. Lead logistics execution to meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
Process Improvement and SOPs:
Develop, document, and implement clear and scalable
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for all warehouse functions. Champion a culture of
"failing fast to evolve processes"
by continuously reviewing and improving workflows for efficiency and cost reduction. Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions quickly.
Team Leadership and Safety:
Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the warehouse team to achieve productivity and quality goals. Ensure strict compliance with all
housekeeping and safety
regulations for both personnel and materials. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and
present critical warehouse metrics
(e.g., fulfillment rate, inventory accuracy, labor productivity, on-time shipping) to executive management. Liaise effectively with sales, customer service, and procurement teams.
Qualifications
3+ years
of supervisory experience in an e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment center environment.
Proven ability to develop and implement warehouse SOPs and drive process improvement.
Deep understanding of
WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
, inventory control, and logistics software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of computer hardware
or experience with technology products is a significant plus.
Relevant certifications in eCommerce / Warehouse operations / safety (e.g., OSHA) will be an advantage.
