Supervisors - Inward & Outward Dispatch

to oversee the smooth functioning of material movement within our logistics and warehouse operations.

Job Purpose:

To supervise, coordinate, and manage both inward and outward material activities--ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance with company standards and logistics protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Inward Operations:

Supervise daily inward receiving operations and manage the inward team. Inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes. Ensure accurate documentation and timely recording of received materials in the system. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and quality teams for inspection and acceptance of goods. Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to relevant departments. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of materials. Maintain inward receipt records for tracking and audit purposes.

Outward Dispatch Operations:

Supervise and plan daily outward dispatch activities and manage the dispatch team. Ensure all goods are properly packed, labeled, and documented before dispatch. Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules. Maintain dispatch records, including shipment documents, invoices, and tracking details. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during handling and transportation. Resolve any dispatch-related issues or delays proactively.

General Responsibilities:

Train and guide team members to improve operational efficiency and accuracy. Liaise with vendors, transporters, and internal departments for smooth material flow. Provide regular reports on inward and outward operations to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

2-4 years of experience

in warehouse, inward, or dispatch supervision (preferably in manufacturing or footwear industry). Strong understanding of inventory management, documentation, and logistics processes. Knowledge of ERP or warehouse management systems. Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
