Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and material handling.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, purchase, and logistics teams.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
Prepare daily stock reports, inward/outward reports, and documentation.
Manage warehouse staff and allocate tasks efficiently.
Handle loading/unloading activities and ensure timely dispatch.
