To lead the delivery, packaging team & technicians, Create daily routes for delivery & services.
Manage End to End daily activities like tracking out of office staff, tracking daily productivity, assets management.
Collaborate with Tech Team and lead Technical implementation required in CRM, Update and maintain all records within the CRM system.
Stock Variance, Stock counting, maintaining availability.
Working with all organizational functions to identify business requirements and update accordingly.
Actively promote, lead, coach and develop team members using the resources of the company HR frameworks, Attendance & Leave management.
To ensure that expenses are kept to a minimum at all times also manage the expenses records.
To assess workloads within the allocated team and allocate resources adequately on a day-to-day basis.
To ensure that all company equipment is handled and driven in a responsible manner at all times.
On Time delivery and dispatch should be maintained and supervision of E-commerce operations like packaging, dispatch.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
