Warehouse Stock Coordinator - Gym Equipment Position Summary
The Warehouse Stock Coordinator is responsible for overseeing inventory and stock flow of gym equipment, ensuring accurate tracking, safe handling, and timely fulfillment of customer and internal orders. This role supports warehouse operations by coordinating the movement, storage, and documentation of fitness machines, free weights, accessories, and related components.
Key Responsibilities Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock levels of gym equipment, including cardio machines, strength machines, free weights, flooring, and accessories.
Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
Track incoming and outgoing equipment using the warehouse management system.
Stock Control & Organization
Ensure gym equipment is stored safely and efficiently, considering weight, size, and equipment type.
Oversee stock rotation and ensure parts and accessories follow FIFO procedures.
Label and organize machine components (bolts, cables, attachments) to prevent loss or confusion.
Assist in preparing equipment kits or assembly-ready packages.
Receiving & Shipping
Inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy, damage, or missing pieces.
Verify product details such as model numbers, serial numbers, and component lists.
Prepare outgoing orders for delivery or installation teams, ensuring correct parts and equipment are included.
Work with carriers to schedule pickups and confirm shipment details.
Logistics & Coordination
Coordinate with sales, service, and installation teams to ensure availability of required equipment.
Assist in planning warehouse layout improvements to accommodate heavy and oversized gym machines.
Support assembly or pre-inspection processes when needed.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed records of stock movements and equipment conditions.
Prepare inventory reports and communicate low-stock or high-demand items to management.
Log damaged equipment and coordinate repairs, returns, or refurbishing.
Safety & Compliance
Follow safety protocols for moving heavy equipment, including using forklifts, pallet jacks, and lifting aids.
Ensure aisles and storage areas are clear, stable, and compliant with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
Greduation or diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or warehouse management preferred.
1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably handling large or heavy equipment.
Familiarity with CRM/ERP software.
Familiarity with Microsoft office, Excel, Word.
Forklift certification (preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
