Manage daily warehouse operations for online marketplace orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with logistics teams for inventory control, stock levels, and dispatch readiness.
Oversee picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet deadlines and service standards.
Returns Management
Process returns and exchanges as per company policy.
Collaborate with customer service teams for return-related queries.
Inspect, log, and restock returned goods as per guidelines.
Claims & Dispute Resolution
Handle claims for lost, damaged, or defective goods.
Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to resolve disputes and process reimbursements.
Track all claims to ensure timely closure.
Data Tracking & Reporting
Prepare reports on warehouse performance, returns, and claims.
Monitor KPIs like fulfilment accuracy, return rates, and resolution timelines.
Inventory Management
Continuously update stock levels to reflect real-time orders and returns.
Conduct stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Requirements
Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce or related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or marketplace operations.
Knowledge of inventory management and ERP/WMS systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
