The Picker and Packer is responsible for accurately picking, scanning, and packing customer orders in a fast-paced Zepto warehouse or dark store environment. This role ensures timely and error-free order fulfillment, maintaining Zepto's promise of 10-minute delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Pick items from shelves according to customer orders using a handheld scanner or mobile app.
Ensure accuracy in item selection, quantity, and quality before packing.
Pack and seal orders efficiently to prevent damage during delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail operations is an advantage (FMCG or e-commerce preferred).
Basic understanding of inventory and order management processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
