Job Summary

The Warehouse Packer is responsible for

accurately packing, labeling, and preparing goods

for shipment or storage. The role ensures all products are handled safely, packed correctly, and dispatched on time while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pack, seal, and label products according to company and client requirements. Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packing. Use packaging materials (boxes, tapes, wraps, etc.) efficiently and safely. Organize packed goods in designated storage or dispatch areas. Assist in

loading and unloading

materials during incoming/outgoing shipments. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the packing section. Report damaged items, shortages, or packaging material needs to the supervisor. Follow warehouse safety standards and operational procedures. Support the inventory team with stock counting or movement when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.

Experience:

0-2 years in warehouse, packaging, or logistics operations (freshers may apply).

Skills:

Basic knowledge of packing materials and handling tools. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Physically fit to lift, move, and stack goods. Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions

Warehouse or store environment. May require standing for long periods and lifting medium-weight packages. Work hours may include weekends or overtime during busy periods.
