Job Description

Location : Jambe,Pune , Salary:15,000-18,000/-
Inventory & Stock Management

• Receive, verify, and record incoming stock.

• Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.

• Conduct periodic physical stock audits and report discrepancies.

Record Keeping & Documentation

• Maintain proper logs including GRN, stock transfers, inward/outward registers.

• Update system or Excel sheets with stock movement details.

• Ensure all records are neat, accurate, and up-to-date.

Packaging & Handling

• Pick and pack orders based on order sheets.

• Ensure proper packaging standards to avoid damage during transit.

• Label packaging and follow safety & quality guidelines.

Shipping & Dispatch

• Prepare parcels for shipping and coordinate with courier partners.

• Generate invoices, shipping labels, and documentation as required.

• Track dispatched shipments and update the system accordingly.

Warehouse Maintenance

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow material handling procedures to avoid damage or safety hazards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Any Graduation.

• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience.

• Basic knowledge of inventory software or MS Excel.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to lift and move goods safely.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be punctual, responsible, and disciplined.

• Basic understanding of courier/shipping processes preferred.
