We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Warehouse Supervisor

to oversee our e-commerce warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling online marketplace order dispatches, managing shipments, and leading a team for efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse activities including order picking, packing, dispatch, and shipment tracking.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role. Strong understanding of e-commerce order dispatch systems and inventory control. Hands-on experience with GRNs, stock reconciliation, and inventory software (ERP/WMS preferred). Ability to lead a team and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools. Manage order fulfillment processes across online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Lead and motivate warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order processing. Oversee the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process and coordinate inbound shipments. Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Generate inventory and dispatch reports; analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with warehouse procedures. Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams for smooth inbound/outbound flow.
