The Operation Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day logistics operations to ensure smooth transportation, timely delivery, and efficient service. The role involves communication with clients, drivers, and internal teams to maintain workflow and resolve operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily transport schedules, vehicle dispatch, and route planning.
Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain records of vehicle movements, trip details, and transport documentation.
Communicate with clients for delivery updates and resolve operational issues.
Support billing and documentation related to transport activities.
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Assist in maintaining operational reports and MIS data.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce).
1-3 years of experience in logistics or transport operations (freshers with strong interest may apply).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
