Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise daily logistics operations including

loading and unloading of goods

at warehouses, depots, and customer sites. Manage inbound and outbound transportation to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper stacking, storage, and safe handling of goods. Ensure proper manpower allocation for

loading/unloading activities

and monitor productivity. Monitor vehicle scheduling, route planning, and fleet utilization. Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock movement in coordination with warehouse staff. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations during handling, loading, and unloading operations. Resolve logistics issues and handle escalations with clients, drivers, and vendors. Develop cost-reduction strategies and optimize resource utilization. Prepare and maintain reports on vehicle movement, loading/unloading performance, and operational efficiency. Lead, train, and motivate logistics staff to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse management. Strong knowledge of

loading/unloading procedures, safety, and labor management

. Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills. Proficient in MS Office and logistics/ERP software. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
