Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by supervising, organizing and directing manpower.

Train & manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues, reach short- and long-term performance goals

Manage transportation vehicles for in bound and out bound logistics operations

Resolve any delivery related complaint, issues quickly and effectively.

Maintain the security of warehouse and effective ways to reduce shrinkage

Review, monitor and maintain required documents for safety, security and quality processes

Requirements:

Should have 5+ years of experience in managing warehouse operations

Team handling experience

Good Communication & Presentations skills
