Role Summary:
Provide placement-linked Warehouse Operations & Management training to unemployed youth under skill development programs, with responsibility for mobilization support, training delivery, and placement assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support mobilization and enrollment of candidates.
Train students in warehouse operations, inventory management, WMS, safety, and logistics basics.
Conduct practical sessions, assessments, and job-readiness training.
Assist in placement coordination with employers and recruiters.
Maintain attendance, assessments, and training records.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Diploma in Logistics or related field.
Hands-on warehouse operations experience.
Experience in skill development or placement-linked training preferred.
Good communication and trainee-handling skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,553.59 - ₹30,453.80 per month
