About the Role

We are a fast-growing D2C home textiles brand looking for a

hands-on Warehouse & Operations Supervisor

to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations. This is

not a desk job

-- it requires on-ground execution inside our Panipat factory/warehouse, overseeing dispatch, QC, packing team, returns, and stock flow.

You will work closely with management to ensure smooth order processing for Amazon, Shopify, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Order Dispatch & Fulfillment

Manage daily order processing from Amazon & Shopify panels Allocate work to packers and ensure timely dispatch Oversee packing quality, labeling, and proper packaging standards Coordinate with courier partners and shipping aggregators

2. Return & Exchange Management

Handle incoming returns and RTOs Inspect returned products for QC Update return inventory and maintain records Reduce repeat operational errors by identifying root causes

3. Inventory Management

Maintain real-time stock updates Prepare daily opening/closing stock reports Track fast-moving SKUs and plan replenishment Conduct weekly stock audits to avoid mismatches

4. QC, Passing & Packing Supervision

Supervise 2 packers/passers Ensure all pieces are checked, passed, folded, tagged, and packed correctly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area

5. Sourcing & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with fabric, trims, and packaging vendors Track material consumption and shortages Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery Assist in new product sourcing, samples, and costing inputs

6. Operational Reporting

Daily reporting of stock, dispatch, returns, and pending tasks Maintain Excel/Google Sheet logs of all movements Coordinate with management for forecasting and planning

Required Skills & Experience

1-4 years of experience

in e-commerce operations, warehouse work, or fulfillment Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills Ability to handle a small team and get work done Physically active and comfortable with hands-on warehouse tasks Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and discipline

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
